Kinspire is a digital platform celebrating Black home culture, design, gardening, cooking, and traditions. We provide a space for creators and community members to share inspiration, stories, and connect with others who share their values around home and heritage.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Kinspire. By posting content, you grant Kinspire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Kinspire reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Elder Corner Content

Content submitted to Elder Corner is intended to preserve and celebrate wisdom from elders in our community. By submitting Elder Corner content, you confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent from the individuals featured and that you have the right to share their stories and likeness.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kinspire name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Kinspire. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kinspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Platform. Your continued use of Kinspire after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
